JOIN THE PTA
We invite every parent, grandparent, teacher, staff member and neighbor to join with the PTA, as we work to make Brookside the best it can be for our students.
The easiest way to become involved in your child's educational experience is to have a voice. The Brookside PTA gives you that voice along with the voices of our teachers. It allows you to be part of all the decisions affecting over 50 programs regularly being funded by the PTA at Brookside. For only $10 per member, you can have an important vote, and you are entitled to membership perks. Dues support the PTA and its numerous programs, so join us! Becoming a member is easy! Simply click on the number of memberships you want on the online payment form below.
Becoming a member does not mean you are required to attend meetings. However, if you are interested, we’d love to have you! Meetings are held once per month on Wednesday mornings in the Multi-Purpose Room. Check the weekly email newsletter, the Tiger Tidbits, for more information.
With your PTA membership:
You show your children that school matters, and that you are invested in their success.
You demonstrate to your child that success in school is the pathway to college, a career and a productive life!
You partner with the principal, teachers and staff to make your child's school safe, welcoming, a hub of learning, and a fun place to be.
You share in campus events and experiences that make your child’s school days more memorable!
You connect with other parents, and become part California State PTA and National PTA, the largest and most powerful children’s advocacy organization in the country.
You help make sure parents and family members voices are heard when important decisions that affect your school are made.
Note: You must be a PTA member to vote at meetings and to serve on the Executive Board.
